Delimixx Refund Policy

Last updated: [publication-date]

1. Overview

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Your purchase contract is with Paddle, and Paddle handles refunds, billing and taxes under its Checkout Buyer Terms and refund process. Our refund policy follows Paddle's standard policy. Quintastella, the Japanese sole proprietor operating Delimixx, does not process refunds directly. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory legal rights.

2. Refund requests within 14 days

Under Paddle's Refund Policy, purchases are in principle not refundable. Within 14 days of the date of a payment you can ask Paddle for a refund. Paddle decides each request at its own discretion; making a request does not guarantee a refund, except where the law gives you a right to one (section 7).

Paddle's discretionary review applies to a request made within 14 days of the Transaction date; Paddle's terms define a Transaction to include a purchase, a subscription sign-up and a renewal. Paddle does not issue a refund where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour. Paddle's Refund Policy and Checkout Buyer Terms are the authoritative terms for refunds; if this page differs from them, Paddle's terms apply to your purchase.

3. How to ask for a refund

  1. Use Paddle's refund request page at paddle.net, choosing your order. You can reach it from the receipt email you got when you bought.
  2. If you cannot find the page or the receipt, write to support@delimixx.com with your order number and the email address you used. We will point you to the right Paddle page. We cannot issue the refund ourselves.

4. After the 14 days

Requests after 14 days are decided by Paddle under its terms and process; they are not refunded as a rule. You can still contact Paddle, for example if you were charged by mistake or charged for a renewal after you cancelled. This section does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time, using the manage link in the emails Paddle sends. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Cancelling stops future charges. If the key is not renewed, Pro ends after its expiry date and the 14-day renewal grace period, and the app returns to Free; your files and data remain untouched. To request a refund, use the steps above within 14 days of the payment.

6. The license after a refund

When a payment is refunded in full, the license key is revoked: it is added to the revoked-key list, and once the Software downloads that list (about once every 7 days while Pro is in use), it runs with Free features. A partial refund does not revoke the key. Your files and data are not changed or deleted.

7. Your statutory rights

This section is separate from the 14-day requests above. Rights you have under the laws of your country or region are not limited by this policy, and where they conflict with it, the law applies. For example, under Paddle's Refund Policy, consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from some digital-content and service contracts and receive a full refund. Please note that, under EU and UK law and Paddle's terms, this right can be lost for digital content delivered by download once you have started the download or use with your prior express consent given at checkout, and that Paddle states it covers one-time purchases and the first payment of a subscription (with the exceptions in its policy, for example an annual subscription renewed in the UK). If you want to withdraw, use the withdrawal option in Paddle's customer portal, or tell Paddle that you are exercising a statutory right when you contact it. Whether a right applies to you depends on the law of your country and on Paddle's terms as in force at the time of your purchase.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact Paddle or us before you dispute a payment with your card company. After a chargeback is finalized against Paddle or us (that is, it is not withdrawn or decided in favor of Paddle or us), the associated license key is revoked. The app applies the revocation when it next downloads a signed list containing it. Until then, the key may continue to work.
