DelimixxDelimixx のエラーコード
Delimixx がエラーを表示するとき、メッセージの末尾に、括弧つきの短いコードが付きます。たとえば Failed to save the file: ... [FILE-002] です。問題を報告するときは、このコードを書き添えてください。コードは変わりません。版が変わっても、意味は同じです。コードには、個人情報（ファイル名、パス、セルの内容）は含まれません。
下の表は英語です。エラーメッセージは画面の言語に従います（コードは言語によらず同じです）。
Reading and saving files
| Code | Meaning | What to try |

| FILE-001 | The file could not be opened or read. | Check that the file exists, is not open exclusively in another program (Excel locks files) and that you can read it. Try copying it to a local folder. |
| FILE-002 | The file could not be saved. | Check free disk space and that the file or folder is not read-only or locked. Use **Save As** to write to another place; your edits stay in the tab. |
| FILE-003 | The file changed on disk and reloading it failed. | Your tab is unchanged. Save your edits under another name, then reopen the original file. |
Backups and the audit log

| BAK-002 | Old backups could not be deleted. | Harmless. Delete old files in the .delimixx-backups folder by hand if you like. |

| AUD-001 | The audit log could not be written. | Check write permission and free disk space next to the file. |
| AUD-002 | The audit log could not be rotated. | Same as AUD-001. |
| AUD-003 | Old audit-log archives could not be deleted. | Harmless. Delete old archive files by hand if you like. |
Settings, themes, tools, key bindings, profiles

| SET-002 | A settings file could not be loaded (import). | The file is damaged or not a delimixx settings file. Export a fresh one and compare. |
| SET-003 | A theme file could not be loaded. | Check that the file can be read. |
| SET-004 | A theme file is not valid JSON. | Fix the file, or export a theme from delimixx and use it as a template. |
| SET-005 | Exporting the settings failed. | Choose another folder; check write permission. |
| SET-006 | Exporting a theme failed. | Same as SET-005. |
| EXT-001 | An external tool could not be started. | Check the tool's path and arguments in the settings. |
| EXT-002 | Exporting the external tools failed. | Choose another folder. |
| EXT-003 | An external-tools file could not be loaded. | The file is damaged or not an external-tools file. |
| KEY-001 | A key-binding file could not be loaded. | The file is damaged or not a key-binding file. |

Licence

| LIC-001 | The saved licence could not be read from the operating system's credential store. | Restart delimixx. If it repeats, activate the key again. |
| LIC-002 | The licence could not be saved to the credential store. | Check that Windows Credential Manager is available, then activate again. |
| LIC-003 | The saved licence data is damaged. | Activate the key again. |
| LIC-004 | The licence could not be checked (no connection, or the check is not available in this build). | Check your network and try again later. A saved licence keeps working during the grace period. |
| LIC-005 | The licence key is not valid. | Check the key for typing mistakes. |
| LIC-006 | The key is already used on the maximum number of devices. | Free a device first, or contact support. |
| LIC-007 | The subscription behind the key is no longer active. | Renew the subscription. |
| LIC-008 | The device ID could not be created. | Check that %USERPROFILE%\.delimixx is writable. |
| LIC-009 | The system clock looks wrong (set back). | Correct the date and time of your PC. |
Other

| CLIP-001 | Copying to the clipboard failed. | Another program may be holding the clipboard. Try again. |
| SIDE-001 | The sidecar file (<file>.cvdeco: colors, widths, comments, rules) could not be written. | Check write permission next to the file. The CSV itself is not affected. You can turn sidecar writing off in Settings. |
Codes in the debug log (not shown in dialogs)
The debug log delimixx-debug.log (next to delimixx.exe, or in %USERPROFILE%\.delimixx\config when the program folder is not writable) holds only codes, counts and source locations, never personal data.

| PANIC-001 | An unexpected internal error (a bug). Please report it and attach the log. |
| BGTASK-NNN | A background task (for example the hash calculation) failed. |
| GSTYLE-001 | A grid-style size in the settings file (font size, row height, ...) was out of range and was corrected. |
| GSTYLE-002 | The grid font in the settings file is not valid and was reset to the default. |
| DBG-NNN | Diagnostic messages: the test-automation server, and a missing translation catalog (DBG-003). |
| PANIC-002 | One line of the function names on the stack after a crash (only in a debug-mode log, see SUPPORT.md). |
